NAMI 2014 Annual meeting

Dear NAMI Arizona Board, Affiliate, Community, Provider, and Legislative Leaders,
We are pleased to announce that we have confirmed Governor Jan Brewer as our Keynote Speaker for this year's 2014 NAMI Arizona Annual Meeting and Celebration "Crankin' Up The Collaboration" to be held Saturday May 10th, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Disability Empowerment Center Conference Room, 5025 E. Washington St., Phoenix AZ 85034 (please see agenda attached).
We have also heard from many legislators looking forward to the morning validation and afternoon opportunity to directly engage with individuals, families, providers and others from across the State and within their Districts.
This event is Open to the general public, Free to NAMI members, $35 for nonmembers (includes Free membership); with $3 memberships and Free entry available to those with financial hardships, legislators, and special guests.  Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch included.
Please see the other attachment for sponsorship options for those that would like to be more actively involved in supporting NAMI Arizona in this event and know that our friends in the Provider Community are encouraged and welcome to participate even if unable to sponsor at this time.
